Serbia Work Permit
Serbia offers one of the most efficient work permit structures in Europe, making it an ideal destination for skilled workers, tradespeople, and technical personnel. Supported by our direct corporate and agency links in the region, we facilitate fast-track employment processing and permit approvals.
Key advantages
Direct agency & employer placement
We work alongside accredited European placement partners to source verified work permits and job offers.
Rapid processing schedules
Faster application turnaround and visa issuance times compared to Western European destinations.
High demand sectors
Excellent vacancies across construction, logistics, transport, manufacturing, and technical services.
Complete administrative support
End-to-end handling of employer documentation, work permit approvals, legal attestations, and arrival coordination.
How Serbia's work permit system works
Serbia uses a Unified Permit (jedinstvena dozvola) combining residence and work authorization into a single biometric card, valid for up to 3 years. Most foreign workers need a long-stay Visa D for employment purposes, followed by the Unified Permit application processed through the National Employment Service — typically resolved within about 15 days once complete.
