International Student Stream<\/strong><\/p><ul data-start=\"226\" data-end=\"1043\"><li data-start=\"226\" data-end=\"307\"><p data-start=\"228\" data-end=\"307\">Applicants must demonstrate a clear intent to settle permanently in Manitoba.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"311\" data-end=\"411\"><p data-start=\"313\" data-end=\"411\">Requires a minimum of <strong data-start=\"335\" data-end=\"347\">6 months<\/strong> of Manitoba work experience while on a Temporary Work Permit.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"415\" data-end=\"613\"><p data-start=\"417\" data-end=\"613\">A permanent, full-time job offer is required from an employer who can show the position could not be filled by a Canadian citizen or permanent resident; the job should provide competitive wages.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"617\" data-end=\"714\"><p data-start=\"619\" data-end=\"714\">Candidates must meet the job\u2019s education, training, licensing, or certification requirements.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"718\" data-end=\"817\"><p data-start=\"720\" data-end=\"817\">Applicants should show a stronger employment connection to Manitoba than to any other province.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"821\" data-end=\"1043\"><p data-start=\"823\" data-end=\"1043\">Alternatively, applicants may qualify by completing <strong data-start=\"875\" data-end=\"896\">one academic year<\/strong> in a Manitoba post-secondary program, holding a Post-Graduation Work Permit, and being employed in Manitoba with a full-time, permanent job offer.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li data-start=\"1045\" data-end=\"1444\"><p data-start=\"1048\" data-end=\"1099\"><strong data-start=\"1048\" data-end=\"1097\">Skilled Workers with a Connection to Manitoba<\/strong><\/p><ul data-start=\"1103\" data-end=\"1444\"><li data-start=\"1103\" data-end=\"1257\"><p data-start=\"1105\" data-end=\"1257\">For applicants with past employment in Manitoba of at least <strong data-start=\"1165\" data-end=\"1191\">six consecutive months<\/strong>, supported by a signed employer letter and a valid work permit.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1261\" data-end=\"1444\"><p data-start=\"1263\" data-end=\"1444\">Includes international graduates who completed authorized programs in Manitoba (excluding language-only programs) with supporting study permit, transcripts, and completion evidence.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li data-start=\"1446\" data-end=\"2043\"><p data-start=\"1449\" data-end=\"1500\"><strong data-start=\"1449\" data-end=\"1498\">Express Entry Stream for Manitoba Immigration<\/strong><\/p><ul data-start=\"1504\" data-end=\"2043\"><li data-start=\"1504\" data-end=\"1607\"><p data-start=\"1506\" data-end=\"1607\">A sub-stream for a limited number of MPNP applicants aligned with the federal Express Entry system.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1611\" data-end=\"1728\"><p data-start=\"1613\" data-end=\"1728\">Candidates are typically selected from the Skilled Worker Overseas stream that already has an existing MPNP file.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1732\" data-end=\"1871\"><p data-start=\"1734\" data-end=\"1871\">Eligibility requires meeting at least one federal economic program\u2019s criteria and submitting a full Educational Credentials Assessment.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1875\" data-end=\"2043\"><p data-start=\"1877\" data-end=\"2043\">Applicants must demonstrate sufficient settlement funds and complete an Express Entry profile, sharing Express Entry ID and Job Seeker validation codes with the MPNP.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ol><p data-start=\"2045\" data-end=\"2281\">Nomination under the MPNP does not guarantee federal approval.
